I am extremely happy with all the work done by Cool Roof Concepts. From beginning to end, they demonstrated their expertise and professionalism. We expressed concerns about our building, leased by Walgreens, they came out promptly and identified that the issue was caused by the HVAC unit drains, eroding the roof. They then installed a more efficient roofing system that resolved the problem. The entire process was carried out flawlessly, and I am delighted with the results.
